The thinking behind the journal.
Be useful. Be specific. Show the evidence.
Follow the question, then the evidence.
Our coverage begins with a practical business question. We favor primary sources, distinguish established facts from interpretation, and make supporting material available so readers can explore further.
Give the tradeoffs their space.
Few technology decisions have a universal answer. Cost, complexity, security, and the people doing the work all matter. We aim to explain those differences without overstating what a tool can do.
Be clear about how work is made.
AI tools may assist with research, drafting, and illustrations. Their output is not itself evidence. Generated illustrations are identified, and hypothetical examples are not presented as real customer stories or firsthand tests.
Keep the record useful.
Readers can raise corrections through our contact page. Material revisions carry an updated date. Where the evidence no longer supports a piece, it can be corrected or withdrawn.
