Transparency matters.
Readers should be able to understand the context behind what they read.
Editorial judgment
A product mention is not a recommendation to buy. We explain why a service or technology is relevant, where the evidence comes from, and what readers should evaluate for themselves.
Relationships and sponsorship
Commercial relationships can create a potential conflict of interest. Relevant relationships belong alongside the article, where readers can see them. Paid placements and sponsored contributions must be clearly identified; they are not presented as independent reviews.
Attribution
Bylines identify the contributor responsible for an article. Work credited to Business Systems Journal carries the publication's collective byline. Illustrations and examples are labeled when their origin or context matters.
